Villa Spring Luxury

Villa Spring is a conservative villa located in the Kördere district of Kalkan. The entire assembly is dominated by the sea view. The villa also has extra features such as the reflection of 2 suite bedrooms, indoor pool, jacuzzi, table football, treadmill and table tennis. The pool terrace of the villa has been completely sheltered with the curtain system to be built, and conservative homes and honeymooners have been shown in a comfortable way. Villa Spring opens its doors to you, our valued guests, with all these holidays.

NOTE: The pool heating of our villa will be opened after April 30, depending on the crowning. An extra fee is charged. There is a daily fee of 150 TL.

Note: There is a sports room on the ground floor of the villa. It is an independent zone from the building and has a separate entrance from the outside. It includes a treadmill and table tennis.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
