Villa Sweet

Villa Sweet, located in Kalkan Kalamar bay with its magnificent sea view, Villa Sweet is among the favorites of its customers who prefer luxury rental villas. Villa Sweet, which is in a very central location, is located close to a place that may be needed, such as a market and restaurant. It is 900 meters from the center of Kalkan and 1.2 km from the nearest beach. Next to our villa, there is Villa Eos with the same features.

There is a Sunbathing Area, Private Swimming Pool, Garden Furniture, Sunbeds, Swings, Dining Table and Barbecue.

Pool Dimensions;

Height: 8 meters. Width: 4 meters. There is an infinity pool with sea view with a depth of 155 cm.

GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen: Refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in 4 oven, toaster, microwave oven, kettle, dinner set for 6 people, food processor (blender, mixer, rondo), filter coffee machine, water dispenser and kitchen utensils. utensils are available in our kitchen.

Living Room: There is a luxury sitting room, plasma TV, dvd player, satellite receiver, air conditioner, dining table for 6 people, sink and toilet in the room facing the sea.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Located on the first floor, there are en-suite family bed arrangements with a sea view, double bed, vanity table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 2: The en-suite on the first floor has 2 single beds with bed nozzles, vanity table, air conditioner, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony and bathroom.

Bedroom 3: On the second floor, there is a double bed in the form of an en-suite bed, jacuzzi make-up table, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony and en-suite bathroom.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Bed Linens in it.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are located in nature, spraying is done regularly and although all kinds of precautions are taken, butterflies, insects, flies etc. is likely to be found. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan ; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
