Villa Talia; It is located in Kalkan Patara region and it is a fully sheltered villa for rent. Our villa for rent with heated pool, located in nature in a quiet place, is a very special option for our client looking for a peaceful holiday and honeymoon stays. Our villa with a magnificent view of Patara was designed with guest satisfaction in mind.

Note: The last 4 kilometers of the development road to our villa is a stabilized dirt road. There is a generator in our villa against power cuts.

Note: A cleaning fee of 450 TL is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.

Note: Pets are NOT allowed in our villa.

There are Jacuzzi, Sunbathing Area, Private Swimming Pool, Garden Furniture, Sunbeds, Dining Table and Barbecue against the magnificent Patara View.

Kitchen: In the modern designed American Kitchen; There are Fridge, Dishwasher, Oven, 4 Cooker (built-in), Microwave Oven, Toaster, Electric kettle, 6-person Dinnerware, Pan, Pots and Cutlery.

Living Room: There is a sitting group, Satellite TV, DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Air Conditioning, Shared WC.

Bedroom - 1 (Suit-Twin): 2 Single Beds, Wardrobe, Makeup Table, Nightstand

Bedroom - 2 (Suit-Family) : Double Bed (separate-joins together), Air Conditioning, Dressing Table, Nightstand

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Bed Linens in it.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In all our villas, which are located in nature, spraying is done regularly and although all kinds of precautions are taken, butterflies, insects, flies etc. is likely to be found. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
