Villa Taş Ev İslamlar

Villa Taş Ev is our 6-person holiday villa located in the Islamlar region. While there is a fireplace in our villa, there is a sea view from the pool area. Outside of our villa, there is table football and table tennis for families to enjoy.

Pool Dimensions: Width - 4 M | Length - 8 M | Depth - 1.55 M(The Pool Area Is Not Visible From The Outside.)

There is an umbrella, sun lounger, fireplace, barbecue, shower, sitting group, dining table and chair for 6 people.

INTERIOR AREA:

Kitchen : Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Oven, 4 Cooker (Built-in), Pan & Pot etc. Kitchen Equipment, Dinnerware

Living Room: Seating Group, Satellite TV (LCD), Wireless Internet, Air Conditioner

Other Features: Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Vacuum Cleaner etc. Cleaning materials

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up room, jacuzzi, TV, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, nightstand, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: There is a sofa set, TV, air conditioner, coffee table in the living room. Access to the pool terrace is possible.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
