Our rental villa located in Bodrum Derekoy, one of Turkey's favorite tourism resorts; It offers you a comfortable holiday with its modern and luxurious furniture. Our villa designed with traditional architecture; With its balconies, comfortable rooms, green and spacious garden, it is an ideal rental summer house for you to breathe the fresh air. It is a quiet and elite area where you can meet your daily needs.

Our villa is a traditionally built stone-built building for 4 people, including 1 living room and kitchen, 2 rooms.

There is a security alarm system and safe in our villa.

8% VAT is not included in the specified tariffs.

Important informations:

Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. A damage deposit of 750 TL is required at the entrance.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
