Our luxury villa for rent, located in Kalkan Akbel, is at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, with panoramic views, with a unique sea and nature view from every room, day and night in the fascinating residential texture of Kalkan. The private swimming pool and garden of our villa are sheltered. In this respect, our summer villa is an ideal option for holidaymakers and especially for honeymooners who want to get away from the public.

Pool terrace with panoramic sea and nature views, private swimming pool and luxuriously designed American kitchen opening to the pool terrace are combined with the living room, and there is a spacious, modern designed suite bedroom with sea and nature views. The private swimming pool of our villa is isolated from the environment and is an ideal villa for conservative families. Our villa has internet connection and swimming pool.

The salt therapy room, which is a first in villas in the region, is covered with ankırı-Himalayan rock salt on the walls and floor, and the Tuz halogenator machine installed in the room will make a better contribution to your holiday.

NOTE : The last 200 meters of the road to the villa consists of a steep slope

NOTE : Pool Heating is chargeable and can be opened for 400 TL per day between 15 October and 1 May.

A cleaning fee of 500 TL is added for all reservations under a short stay (stays less than 5 days). Our host lives on the 2nd floor of the white building visible from the corner of the pool. The attic is an empty flat. For this reason, the pool is indicated as completely sheltered.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
