Located in Kalkan Kördere, our luxury villa for rent is located in a quiet spot, at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, intertwined with nature, with a unique view of the sea and nature from every room, where the texture of the fascinating settlement of Kalkan can be watched day and night. There is no intensive construction around Villa Tufan. The private swimming pool and garden of our villa are sheltered. In this respect, our summer villa is an ideal option for holidaymakers and especially honeymooners who want to be away from the public.

Villa Tufan, which combines a luxurious design with a private swimming pool and a pool terrace with panoramic sea and nature views, has a spacious, modern designed suite bedroom with indoor pool, sauna, and American kitchen, opening to the pool terrace, with a jacuzzi overlooking the sea and nature. Our villa's private swimming pool is isolated from the environment and is an ideal villa for conservative families. Our villa has internet connection, swimming pool.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
