Villa Uğurlu is a sea view villa with a private pool located in Kalkan Kışka area. Our villa is 80 meters from the beach. It offers you a wonderful holiday opportunity with its extremely comfortable, luxurious and cozy interior design for crowded groups and crowded houses. Our villa has 4 floors and has four beds in it. room and four bathrooms, a WC. The first bed has a double bed, air conditioning, TV, bathroom and jacuzzi, while the second bed has two single beds, air conditioning and a bathroom. There is a double bed by making the third bed, air conditioning, the fourth bed arrangement has a double bed, air conditioning and a bathroom. In our villa with two living rooms, there is a kitchen, sitting group, air conditioning, television.

 Note : It is indoor pool heating. The heating cost required by the heating demand is 1000 TL per day (it should not change according to the period) and is taken as an extra. Pool Heating fee is calculated during the day of stay. Customers who want pool heating should contact the contact person 2 days before they enter the villa.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Negative:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Shield; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
