Villa Vip is a brand new villa with fully sheltered pool, located in Kalkan Sarıbelen. Our villa, whose construction was completed in June 2022, has a comfortable and luxurious interior design. Our villa, which is ideal for conservative families thanks to its sheltered pool, has many activity options such as a heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room and entertainment facilities. Villa Vip, where you can spend a pleasant holiday without getting bored, will be waiting for you, our valued guests.

There are table tennis, table football, swing, slide, trampoline and children's playground as entertainment opportunities in our villa. There is a treadmill and a running speed bike for you to do sports. There is also a visual fireplace under the television in the living room.

Our villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. In the first bedroom, double bed, massage chair, air conditioning, television, bathroom and jacuzzi; The second bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, television and bathroom; The third bedroom has a single bed, a double bed, air conditioning, television and a bathroom. In the living room, there is a kitchen, sitting group, air conditioner, wc and television.

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Negative:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. Islamlar-Üzümlü Village is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
