Villa White Smith, which he owned in 2019, is located in the Kördere area of ​​the world-famous holiday resort of Kalkan. It is a 3-bedroom holiday villa with a conservative concept built in a modern style. Our villa, which has accommodation for up to 6 people, dominates its exquisite nature and magnificent sea view. In the living room with an open kitchen, there is a seating group, a dining table for 6 people, a television and a satellite receiver. It has a private pool and the pool is not visible from the outside. It is an ideal summer house for honeymooners, raising animals and hosting guests away from foreign eyes. The garden has a sheltered private swimming pool, tables and chairs, barbecue, parasols and sun loungers. Villa White Smith has an indoor pool measuring 4 m x 9 m and a depth of 1.50 m with bed heating and a jacuzzi with parent nozzles. You can rent our villa for winter protection these days. The villa also has air hockey, tennis table and foosball for you to have a pleasant time. Apart from this, there is also a sauna room and a hammam in the villa.

NOTE : The pool is heated free of charge from October 1 to April 30. In other months, the demand level storage is opened optionally and it is an extra 300 TL per week. There is underfloor heating in the villa. If requested, it will be charged as 75 TL per day. There is a generator in our villa against power cuts.

Daily pool heating fee for Villa White Smith is 500 TL (heated between 24-28 degrees).

3. Bedroom: It is a young bedroom with air conditioning. There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, bathroom/WC and balcony exit. (Ground floor)

Living Room: The air-conditioned hall has a wonderful sea view. In the living room, there is a modern and comfortable seating group, TV, satellite receiver, wireless internet, baby bed and high chair. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside. (Ground floor)

Kitchen: Kitchen American fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, oven, electric kettle, microwave oven, coffee machine, pan and pot set, table and chair for 6 people, dinner set, cutlery, water and tea cup sets. The kitchen is on the pool floor. (Ground floor)

Ground Floor: There is an indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna. There is also table football, tennis and Air Hockey.

Pool: There is private sheltered swimming pool and the dimensions of the pool are 11.50 x 3.70 m; depth is 1.50 m. Also 2x1.50 m; There is a children's pool with a depth of 0.50 meters. The dimensions of the indoor pool are 4 x 9 meters and its depth is 1.40 meters. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Pool Terrace: There is a sheltered pool, children's room, garden table and chairs, sun loungers, parasol, garden sitting group, barbecue, outdoor shower and receiver.

Internet : There is Wi-fi in the villa. Infrastructure of the region, internet service providers may experience interruptions. Using Internet; It is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites, but it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all of our villas, which have a voice in nature, spraying is done regularly. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. We guarantee that you will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools. These villas always have a 15% avoidance margin.

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our summer houses in Kalkan and immigrant villages, it is necessary to go uphill.

Damage Deposit: Damage, loss, broken, dump, etc. A deposit of 4,000 TL is required at the entrance. The deposit is returned at the exit of the villa if there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost.

About Pool Heating: The pool heating system is only available in the INDOOR POOL. The maximum temperature level to be reached by indoor pools with heating feature is 30 °C.
