Our villa is 2 km from the center and 4 km from the sea. The terrace of our villa has a wonderful view and has a seating area and sun loungers. NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you clean and includes towels and bed linen for 4 people.

Important informations:Electricity, water and bottled gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra fee is charged for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services, etc. It is not included in the prices. In all our villas located in nature, disinfection is carried out regularly and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of presence. There is absolutely no 100% guarantee of not being seen in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% retention margin in villas.

Damage Deposit:Any damage, broken, broken, lost, etc. that may occur during your stay for the villa you have rented. A damage deposit of 4000 TL is collected at the entrance (This fee varies depending on the villa) and if there is no problem/damage, the fee (deposit) is transferred to the account within 24 hours.

Note:The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide angle lens in order to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in pictures may appear larger than reality.

Internet:There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible outages from internet service providers may occur. (Internet usage is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites, but it is not sufficient for usage such as watching movies and videos and downloading files.)

Shield; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, you have to go uphill. (İslamlar-Üzümlü village is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature.) The nearest airport for our guests arriving by air is Dalaman Airport. We kindly ask you to take this into consideration when purchasing your tickets.

Note: In our villas, an extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights and this fee varies depending on the villa.
