It is a four bedroom luxury villa for rent in Kalkan Merkez Kisla location with a panoramic sea and nature view, a private swimming pool with a bird's eye view of Kalkan, a terrace, an American kitchen and a living room. It is an insatiable holiday home with its full-length glass and luxurious decorations that encompass all kinds of unique landscapes.

In our duplex villa, which has a sunbathing area with sea and nature views on the pool floor, a private swimming pool, a private garden adjacent to the forest area, there is a table and chair for 8 people, 8 sun loungers, sun umbrella, sitting group and barbecue as garden furniture.

Living Room: In the comfortably furnished living room, which opens to the sea and nature view and the pool terrace, there is a seating group, satellite TV, DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Air conditioning, Dining room for 8 people.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bathroom, closet, bedside table, jacuzzi and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, bathroom, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Bed Linen Set for 8 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may apear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
