Villa İnca

Villa Inca is a very luxurious and modern villa with 7 bedrooms, located in Fethiye, Faralya, where 14 people can comfortably stay. It is one of our suitable rental villa options that large families and groups of friends can choose. Our villa is in the concept of a boutique hotel and there is no living room and kitchen. The kitchen is located on the outside pool terrace. There are TV, mini fridge and sitting areas in the bedrooms of our villa. A peaceful holiday as you wish is waiting for you in Villa İnca, on the large pool terrace of our villa, which has a magnificent sea view. We recommend that you review it.

NOTE: Children under the age of 9 are not accepted.

NOTE: In case of preference, the cook is provided by the villa owner for a fee.

Since our villa has a location in nature, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. There is a possibility that there will be, this is quite natural. Faralya; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope, and all our villas in Faralya and its surroundings can be reached uphill for transportation.

• In all our villas; The entrance time to the villa on the first day is 16:00 in the afternoon at the earliest / the departure time from the villa is 10:00 in the morning on the last day. Cleaning is done in between. We would like you to know that we will not be able to assist you if you arrive at the Villa/Apartment earlier than your check-in time. Please observe the entrance and exit times of the villa.

• NOTE : All Electricity, Water, Bottled Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you in a cleaned condition, and there are Towels and Bed Linen Set for 14 people.
• Important informations:
• Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is a possibility of being found. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% leeway.
• Damage Deposit:
• For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 10.000 TL is required at the entrance (This fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.
• Note:
• The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than the real thing.
• Internet :
• There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)
• Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
