Located in Faralya, Fethiye, one of Turkey's famous and beautiful holiday resorts, 9 km from Ölüdeniz and 17 km from Fethiye, our rental villa is a point intertwined with nature, with its back to the mountains. It is less than a 15-minute drive from the famous Ölüdeniz, one of the must-see beauties in Fethiye.

Our villa for rent, which can meet the characteristics of a family of four with its 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom in its meticulously built garden that integrates with nature, will break the doors of a future holiday in Fethiye with its simple and comfortable design.

Transportation to Faralya region is 10 km away from Ölüdeniz and this road is a winding road. The location of the villa is located in a deserted forest, and there is no other settlement around Villa Uslu 2.

Note: The last 400m of the road to the villa is stabilized.

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
