Our villa for rent, located in Ovacik of Fethiye, one of the famous and beautiful holiday resorts of Turkey, 10 km from Ölüdeniz and 18 km from the center of Fethiye, is at a point intertwined with nature, with its back to the mountains. It is less than 10 minutes' drive from the famous Ölüdeniz, which is one of the beauties to be seen in Fethiye.
Our villa for rent, which can meet the needs of a family of ten with its five bedrooms and a private swimming pool in a 5 decare garden integrated with nature, will open the doors of an unforgettable holiday in Fethiye with its simple and comfortable design. Our villa is 300 meters from the sea. The pool is sheltered and ideal for conservative families. The fifth bedroom of our villa is outside the building and is in an outbuilding style.
The 300 meters road at the entrance to our villa is stabilized. Fees are different during the holidays. The caretaker has to work in the garden for 4 hours a day.

NOTE: All electricity, water, cylinder gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you as cleaned and includes towels and bed linen for 10 people.
Important informations:
Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is a possibility of being found. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% leeway.
Damage Deposit:
For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 7.500 TL is required at the entrance (This fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.
Note:
The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than the real thing.
Internet :
There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)
Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
