Our rental villa, located 2000 meters from the center in Ovacık, one of the famous and beautiful holiday resorts of Turkey, is at a point intertwined with nature, with its back facing the mountains. Since it is close to the center of Ovacik and 500 meters from the bazaar, the rental cottage, where you can meet your daily needs without the need for a car, is less than 10 minutes' drive from the famous Ölüdeniz, which is one of the must-see places. With its meticulously prepared garden that integrates with nature, an oval-shaped private swimming pool, 5 bedrooms and a family of 10, the holiday rental will open the doors of an unforgettable holiday in Fethiye with its simple and comfortable design.

NOTE : The maximum accommodation capacity of Villa Selmer is 10 people. The prices in the system are for accommodation for 8 people. For extra accommodation, a fee of 1000 TL is charged per person (not exceeding 10 people).

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 10 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. A damage deposit of 500 TL is required at the entrance.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
