NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you clean and includes towels and bed linen for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water and bottled gas of our villas are included in the extra prices and there is no charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, medical services, etc. It is not included in the prices. All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed and all kinds of treatments are carried out, but despite this, there are no butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. There is absolutely no guarantee that the pool will be 100% invisible in our sheltered villas. There is always a 5% retention margin in villas.

Damage Deposit:

Any damage, breakage, breakdown, loss, etc. during your stay for the villa you may have rented. 4000 TL damage deposit is included at the entrance (This fee is allocated according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) without any problems/damage is transferred within 24 hours.

Negative:

Villa/apartment pictures on internet systems are taken with a 12-18 mm wide angle lens in order to fit them on their screens. For this reason, the objects in the pictures can be seen as larger than reality.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible outages from internet service providers may occur. (Internet usage; whether it is sufficient for details such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; whether it is sufficient for usage such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: In our villas, an extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights and this fee is divided according to the villa.
