Located in Fethiye Calis region, Flat Patat offers you a suitable holiday with its proximity to the sea. With its location close to the Calis beach, one of the favorite beaches of Fethiye, our apartment is waiting for you to cool off and add color to your holiday with your daily voyages. In Fethiye Calisda, Sunset Beach Club Site, on the second floor, 2 bedrooms, an open kitchen, living room, two toilets and a bathroom, our cottage is furnished and can be loaded for 4 people. There are 7 communal pools, 1 indoor pool, private beach, restaurant, market and bar in the Sunset Beach Club site. Walking facilities to Calis Beach, famous for its unique days, where you can find a site restaurant, western bar and various other touristic facilities. Our cottage has an American kitchen and has a balcony with a large pool view. In addition to being watched by 24/7 Security Cameras, our Private Security Officers are constantly patrolling the site.

Note: June, July and August observations can be rented for a minimum of 6 nights. In other months, you can rent a minimum of 5 nights.

A cleaning fee of 150 TL is charged for minimum stay rentals.

NOTE: All electricity, water, cylinder gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken for the villa you have rented.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
