Villa Bitez, which combines luxury design with its pool terrace and rooms, has an American Kitchen & Living Room and two bedrooms.

NOTE : Our villa is not rented with friend groups.

IMPORTANT NOTE :

NOTE : Except for the groups of friends and the people in the reservation document, people are strictly not accepted in our villa.

A damage deposit of 1500 TL is required upon arrival.

It is rented for 6 days, check-in Monday - Check-out Sunday. The prices stated are valid for 6 nights..

No Smoking Indoors

The villa can be booked for a maximum of 2 weeks.

-Damage Deposit Taken In Cash On Check-In, It Will Be Returned To The Account On The Tuesday After The Customer Checks Out

- Check-in time to the villa is at 16:00 and check-out time is at 10:00.

- Except for the people who rented the villa, later guests are not accepted.

All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you as cleaned and our villa is delivered to our guests in the clean form it is presented to our guests. Otherwise, down payment is made for cleaning.

Our villa is delivered to you as cleaned and includes a towel and a duvet cover set for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is a possibility of being found. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 1500 TL is required at the entrance (This fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.

Note:

The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than the real thing.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
