Villa Bozdag, our luxury rental villa with sea and nature views in Sisla, Kas, offers you a wonderful holiday with its modern and comfortable structure. Our villa for rent with 2 bedrooms, accommodation for 4 people, with jacuzzi is very suitable for honeymoon couples and their puppies. In our rental villa, which can also be preferred as a honeymoon villa, all the basic items you will need during your holiday are available and are ready for your use. It has both nature and sea views and is in a quiet location. Next to our economical rental villa, which has a bright and spacious structure, there is its own private swimming pool, sunbathing area, house, green garden, dining table, sitting area and user. It is also 500 meters away from a small cove that has no business information as Grape Pier.

The living room floor of our villa is spacious and has a sitting group, air conditioning, LCD TV, satellite receiver, modem and dining table. There is a direct exit from the living room floor to the pool terrace.

In the modern designed, fully equipped American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pans and pots.

Bedroom

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, make-up room, television, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioner, television, make-up table. Shared toilet, bathroom

* Villa pool and garden maintenance is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officials of our villa minister.

In the garden, there is a private bath pool, sitting group, caretaker, garden table and sun loungers.

Cleaning and Maintenance

It is delivered clean in the size of the villa and it is cleaned once a week. In case of extra cleaning request, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff who take care of our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit

A cash damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa. Damage, loss, broken etc. in the villa. In the absence of such cases, this fee is refunded on the day of departure.

Entry and Exit Information

Check-in time for all our Villas is after 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary controls are made, the functioning of the deficiencies and the obligation to these hours are strongly requested from the villa customer.

Location

Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements placed on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (earth) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, since our villas outside the center are usually located within the village, it is possible to encounter natural life miracles (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

POOL FLOOR AND GARDEN

In our duplex villa, which has a sunbathing area with sea and nature views on the pool floor, a private swimming pool, a private garden adjacent to the forest area, there is a table and chair for 5 people, a sun umbrella, a sitting group and a barbecue as garden furniture.

Kitchen: In the modern designed American Kitchen; Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven, 4 Cooker (built-in), Microwave Oven, Toaster, Electric kettle, Dinnerware for 4 people, Pan, Pots and Cutlery.

Living Room: In the comfortably furnished living room, which opens to the nature view and the pool terrace, there is a seating group, satellite TV, DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Air conditioning, Dining room for 4 people.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Duvet Cover Set for 5 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
