Villa Elma is located in Bodrum Yalıkavak, one of the most beautiful bays of Bodrum, and is designed with natural stones in the concept of a 5000 m2 landscaped and grassy field farmhouse in nature, in a place where there is not a very dense settlement.

This stone villa, which is the only one among the rental houses in Bodrum, is in two parts and is connected by a belt along two parts as can be seen in the pictures. Each part of this stone villa, which will change your holiday home understanding, consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. room, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms. A total of 8 people can stay. In this villa, which has separate entrances in two separate sections, you can stay in the form of 1 family or 2 families if you wish. During your rental, the entire villa belongs to you.

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
