Our villa is located in Fethiye- Kayaköy Gemiler Island, which is one of the most important tourism centers and has natural perfect beauties. It is decorated to add comfort. Our villa is the comfort of a villa with 3 bedrooms, and the residence has an accommodation capacity of 6 people. In our villa, where every detail has been considered, a cable car has been built for your transportation at home and special platforms have been established for you to swim in the sea.

NOTE: The price list below has been prepared for two people, and 300 Euros per person is requested for additional guests (2 years + above), regardless of the duration.

NOTE: All electricity, water, cylinder gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you as cleaned and includes towels and bed linen for 6 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is a possibility of being found. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 5000 TL is required at the entrance (this fee varies according to the villa). If there is no problem/damage, the fee (deposit) is refunded.

Note:

The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than the real thing.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
