Located in Kalkan Yeşilköy, Villa Bahçeli, with its nature view and fully sheltered, 2-bedroom 4-person Villa Bahçeli is one of the villas suitable for raising honeymooners and conservatives. Our fully sheltered, conservative villa located in Kalkan -Yeşilköy is a very suitable option for our couples, families and groups of friends who want to have a pleasant time. In addition, our villa has an indoor heated pool system. You can enjoy the pool even in the cold winter environment. Villa Garden, whose pool is sheltered and whose garden is not visible from the outside, offers a peaceful holiday opportunity for our families who care about privacy. You can also benefit from the comfort of jacuzzi and sauna for the relaxation of bed groups.

Bedroom 1: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, television, make-up room, nightstand, jacuzzi, heated pool, sauna room and en-suite bathroom. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

Bedroom 2: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, television, treadmill, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom. There is an exit to the pool terrace.

There is a seating group, television, satellite receiver, internet, air conditioning, coffee table and exit to the pool.

kitchen

There are refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in cooker, oven, electric kettle, microwave oven, dinnerware, kitchen tools and utensils.

Living Room: In the comfortably furnished living room, which opens to the sea and nature view and the pool terrace, there is a seating group, satellite TV, DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Air conditioning, Dining room for 4 people.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Duvet Cover Set for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan ; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
