You can enjoy the sea, sand, combined and wonderful island view, 2 minutes away from the blue flag clean, sparkling beach by car. It is a quiet and elite area where you can meet your daily needs.

This Villa, which offers you all the comfort you may need during your holiday, has 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony, terrace, private bathroom, private parking lot belonging to the villa. It is for 8 people in total. In this villa, which has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in total in the main building, our 4th bedroom is in the form of a guest house and there is a bathroom in it.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
