In our duplex villa, which has a sunbathing area with a nature view on the pool floor, a private swimming pool, and a private garden adjacent to the forest area, there are a table and chair for 6 people, 4 sun loungers, sun umbrellas, group seating and owners as garden furniture.

Kitchen: There are cooking utensils in the American kitchen cabinet, which will not look like the kitchen of your home, dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, set dinnerware and cooking utensil.

Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, TV, DVD player, air conditioning and internet in the modern and luxuriously designed living room. There is a transition from the living room to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioner, jacuzzi, nightstand, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

NOTE : All electricity, water, cylinder gas etc. of our villa. expenses and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 5 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Negative:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.
