Villa Rock; Located in Kalkan Yeşilköy, it has a 1 bedroom accommodation capacity for 2 people. Our villa, which has a sheltered pool and jacuzzi with bed parts, is a wonderful home for honeymoon couples with its magnificent view of Patara view.

* Spraying is done regularly in all our villas, which are located in nature. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.

*For all our villas, check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 on the last day. Cleaning is done in between. Pay attention to the entry-exit times in order to avoid a difficult situation.

*This is not only valid for this villa, it is written for informational purposes in all our villas.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, bathroom and toilet.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 2 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
