Villa Sema, located in Kalkan Yeşilköy, offers a pleasant holiday option with its modern style size, specially built, single-storey rental villa located in the forest area, overlooking the panoramic nature view. You will be able to enjoy the fresh air in a natural body all day, the greenery and having a good time in your private pool.

Our single-storey rental villa has a spacious and modern designed American kitchen and living room overlooking the nature view, opening to the pool terrace, and a suite bedroom with jacuzzi.

The private pool of our villa is isolated from the environment and is an ideal option for conservative enclosures. There is an internet connection, an outdoor and swimming pool in our villa.

Our villa is next to Villa Samet and is suitable for families and friends who want to rent together.

HIGH SEASON IS RENTED MINIMUM 7 NIGHTS. APPROVAL OF THE VILLA OWNER IS REQUIRED FOR LESS THAN 7 NIGHTS ACCOMMODATIONS.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car,health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
