Thans to the proximity of our villa to the Bitez beach, 3 km before, we can enjoy the sea and the sand. It is a quiet area where you can meet your daily needs.

Our villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, garden and private swimming pool. There are 2 double beds (a double bed is sofas that open and become a double bed) and 2 single beds, for a total of 6 people. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

Important informations:

Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
