Located in Marmaris, the rental villa is one of the most ideal options for our guests for a peaceful and comfortable holiday. Our villa has 5 rooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms, a private pool and a private garden. All room and living room windows have automatic blinds. You can make it completely dark during the day if you wish.

All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Bed Linen Set for 8 people.

Specially designed rattan seating group and coffee table, pleasure swing, receiver, large grass area.

Kitchen:

Refrigerator, dishwasher, hot water, four stove, oven, hood, toaster, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, air conditioner, dinnerware, fork, knife, spoon, colander, pan, saucepan, water glass, tea glass, raki glass , wine glasses and all similar kitchen utensils are available.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
