Our holiday villa, located in the Seydikemer Karadere region, was put into service this year and was specially designed for you. Our villa, which has a modern and stylish design, aims to offer a comfortable accommodation experience. Our villa has an accommodation capacity of four people. The design of the interior has been carefully considered to create a spacious and comfortable environment. Every detail of our villa has been thoughtfully planned to ensure that our guests have the best holiday. There is one single bedroom and one master bedroom in our villa. The master bedroom has two single beds and a jacuzzi, providing a comfortable sleeping experience. Jacuzzi aims to provide relaxing and enjoyable moments to our guests.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has two single beds and a jacuzzi, providing a comfortable sleeping experience.

Bedroom 2: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, television, toilet and bathroom.

Kitchen: The American kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, electric kettle, dining table, dinner sets, fork and knife sets, pots and pans, and glasses.

Living room: The living room with nature view has a seating area, television, satellite receiver, coffee table, air conditioning and poolside exit.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you clean and includes towels and bed linen for 4 people.

Important informations:Electricity, water and bottled gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra fee is charged for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services, etc. It is not included in the prices. In all our villas located in nature, disinfection is carried out regularly and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of presence. There is absolutely no 100% guarantee of not being seen in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% retention margin in villas.

Damage Deposit:Any damage, broken, broken, lost, etc. that may occur during your stay for the villa you have rented. A damage deposit of 3,000 TL is taken at the entrance (This fee varies depending on the villa) and if there is no problem/damage, the fee (deposit) is refunded.

Note:The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide angle lens in order to fit the image on the screen. For this reason, objects in pictures may appear larger than reality.

Internet:There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible outages from internet service providers may occur. (Internet usage is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites, but it is not sufficient for usage such as watching movies and videos and downloading files.)
Note: In our villas, an extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights and this fee varies depending on the villa.
