Our duplex romantic honeymoon villa, located at a point embracing the sea and nature view in Marmaris Söğüt, offers an American kitchen & living room intertwined with nature; and 2 suite bedrooms with sea view on the upper floors. Our villas also have a generator to prevent power cuts. There is also a security camera in our villa for the safety of your family. Our guests who want to have a holiday in our summer house will enjoy a holiday intertwined with the pool and nature. There is table football in our villa for families to spend time with pleasure.

Note: A playground has been built in our villa so that your children can spend time with pleasure.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you as cleaned and includes a towel and a duvet cover set for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. A damage deposit of 500 TL is required at the entrance.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
