Located in Ovacik of Fethiye, one of Turkey's famous and beautiful holiday resorts, at a distance of 1800 meters, our villa is a cozy spot for rent with its nature backed to the mountains. Since it is close to the center of Ovacik and 700 meters from the market, your daily needs can be met without the need for a car.

With its meticulously prepared house that integrates with nature, with an oval-shaped private swimming pool, 3 bedrooms and a holiday rental that can meet the needs of a family of 6, the cottage will look for a holiday to come in Fethiye with its simple and comfortable design.

NOTE : For accommodation requests of more than 8 people, an additional fee of 200 TL per day in low season and 350 TL in high season, including children, can be accepted.

NOTE : The room of our villa is 90% protected.

1. Bedroom: There are 1 sofa bed with headboards and 1 single wooden bunk bed. It is located on the ground floor. (shower and air conditioner not available)

2. Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite is the family bedroom. Bed parts include 1 double bed, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet, balcony. The bedroom is on the 1st floor.

3. Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite is the family bedroom. In the make-up room, there is 1 double bed, table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet, balcony. Suite room is on the 1st floor.

4. Bedroom: The air-conditioned suite is the teenage bedroom. There are 2 single beds with headboards, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet, balcony.

There are clean bedding sets and towel sets in the bedrooms.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 6 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
