It is a rental villa where you can meet your daily needs without the need for use. It is less than a five-minute drive from the famous Ölüdeniz, which is one of the must-see beauties in Fethiye.

NOTE : All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 6 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance (this fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.

Note:

The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than the real thing.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
